  Where will my data be stored?

Your data will be processed and stored in a DIN ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS 3.2-certified data center. The DIN ISO/IEC 27001 is an internationally acknowledged IT-security norm.

  Is all of the stored data secure?

Security is our highest priority. As experts in Healthcare IT, not only is all data handled with full HIPAA-Compliance protecting all the privacy rights of all users, our standards often exceed regulations for security.

  I'm not finding my test results. Who should I contact?

Please contact the provider or practice that ordered the test for you. They should be able to set the expectation as to when your results will be available.

  I'm encountering technical difficulty. How do I contact support?

Please create a support ticket by clicking "Contact Support" located in the left navigation bar of the dashboard. We typically respond within 1 business day.

  How is payment made?

The provider, lab, or practice sending the test results will be billed according to the features that they have opted for and will receive an invoice. Billing may be reviewed and updated under the billing tab in the left navigation bar of the dashboard. Fees are determined by the number of test results sent and the number of features activated. There are no fees for setup or for receiving results. Individuals who have been invited to receive and view their test results will not be billed.
